Sherri is a Mental Health First Aid-trained instructor for both adults and adolescents, with a passion for helping individuals build emotional resilience, reconnect with themselves, and navigate mental well-being in practical ways.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology, Sherri combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to create accessible and empowering resources for those struggling with mental health challenges. With a background in student well-being, social-emotional learning, and behaviour coaching, she specialise in practical, action-based strategies that help people take small but meaningful steps toward boosting their wellbeing.
Through this course, Sherri aims to bridge the gap between self-help and professional support, providing participants with a structured yet flexible approach to boosting mood, increasing connection, and fostering well-being, all in a way that is accessible, stigma-free, and supportive.
